McRollin Institutional Integrity Access Initiative (IIAI)

Expanding Access to High-Integrity Institutional Transformation

Overview

The Institutional Integrity Access Initiative (IIAI) is a selective, high-trust platform through which McRollin & Company Ltd allocates a portion of its advisory capacity to institutions demonstrating the potential for system-level impact.

IIAI is not a grant mechanism.

It is a co-investment platform designed to accelerate:

  • Institutional credibility

  • Governance coherence

  • Integrity system functionality

  • Leadership-level visibility and control

Why IIAI Exists

Across sectors, institutions face a persistent challenge:

Structures exist.
Policies exist.
Commitments exist.

But system-level coherence is often missing.

IIAI exists to bridge that gap—at the level where it matters most:

Leadership, governance, and institutional integrity systems

Who It Is For

IIAI is designed for institutions that:

  • Operate within complex governance environments

  • Influence public trust, funding, or regulatory ecosystems

  • Are ready for executive-level engagement

  • Seek to strengthen institutional credibility—not just compliance

Selection Model

Participation is:

  • Highly selective

  • Cohort-based (3–5 institutions per cycle)

  • Institutional credibility

Access Structure

This ensures:

  • Quality

  • Depth of engagement

  • Institutional focus

A Different Kind of Engagement

IIAI is not about volume.

It is about:

Working with a small number of institutions to achieve disproportionate institutional impact
