McRollin maintains a clear separation between client interests and professional judgment. Integrity is governed, monitored, and enforced — not assumed.
All partners, directors, associates, faculty, and affiliates are bound by this Charter.

Responsible Use of Resources

Ethical Client Engagement
McRollin commits to objective, independent, and high-quality advisory services. We decline engagements that involve corruption, human rights abuses, environmental harm, or unacceptable legal or reputational risk.

Reporting and Accountability
All personnel have a duty to report suspected misconduct. McRollin provides confidential reporting channels, protects against retaliation, and investigates all concerns fairly and impartially.
Compliance with this Code is mandatory. Leadership is responsible for role-modelling ethical behaviour and ensuring continuous improvement in integrity standards
Conflict of Interest Policy
McRollin maintains zero tolerance for unmanaged conflicts of interest.
All representatives are required to disclose any actual, potential, or perceived conflict that could compromise independence, objectivity, or credibility.
McRollin reserves the right to:
Decline engagements
Reassign personnel
Terminate relationships
where conflicts cannot be adequately mitigated
Independence & non-retaliation Policy
McRollin protects the independence of professional judgment at all levels.
No retaliation shall be permitted against any individual who:
Raises ethical or governance concerns
Reports misconduct
Declines improper influence
Retaliation constitutes grounds for disciplinary action, including termination
Data Integrity & Confidentiality
McRollin safeguards all client, partner, and institutional data through strict governance, security, and confidentiality controls.
Data is handled lawfully, ethically, and securely. It shall never be manipulated to serve narrative, political, or reputational objectives.
Trust depends on data integrity.
